

I’m the coach and founder of Avalon Movement with a decade of experience in the fitness industry, but my journey began long before I became a trainer.
Growing up, I didn’t have much guidance around movement or nutrition. Like many people, I learned through trial, error, and a whole lot of persistence. Over the years, I discovered that real progress doesn’t come from punishment or extremes - it comes from understanding your body, moving with intention, and building strength that actually supports your life.
Movement, to me, is a form of connection. It’s where your mind settles, your breath returns, and your body remembers its capabilities. My coaching style is calm, grounded, and educational. I teach people why their body moves the way it does, how to build strength safely, and how to create lasting change through consistency rather than intensity.
A big part of my approach is functional training - helping people move in ways that support everyday life. That means improving mobility, building real strength, increasing stability, and developing the awareness that makes your body feel capable, resilient, and energised.

Not at all! You don’t need any experience to begin. Every workout is tailored to your starting point, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported from day one.
Personal training is one-on-one coaching, fully focused on your goals. Small group training gives you the same expert guidance but with the added motivation of training alongside others in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Yes. Injury rehabilitation is one of my specialties. We’ll start gently, focus on safe movements, and build your strength back up so you can move confidently again.
It depends on your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Some clients train 2–3 times a week, while others start with once a week. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and show up as you are. I’ll guide you through the rest and make sure you feel at ease.
