

I’m the coach and founder of Avalon Movement. I’ve been in the fitness industry for about 10 years, but my journey started long before that.
As a teenager, I struggled with my health and body image, and over time I learned how powerful movement can be when it comes from a place of care rather than punishment. I did things the hard way for a long time, and now I’m passionate about helping others find a better way - one that feels sustainable, balanced, and real.
For me, movement is more than exercise. It’s how you reconnect with yourself, clear your head, and remember what your body is truly capable of. My approach is calm, strong, and grounded. I don’t believe in quick fixes or extremes - just awareness, strength, and consistency.

Not at all! You don’t need any experience to begin. Every workout is tailored to your starting point, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported from day one.
Personal training is one-on-one coaching, fully focused on your goals. Small group training gives you the same expert guidance but with the added motivation of training alongside others in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Yes. Injury rehabilitation is one of my specialties. We’ll start gently, focus on safe movements, and build your strength back up so you can move confidently again.
It depends on your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Some clients train 2–3 times a week, while others start with once a week. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.
Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and show up as you are. I’ll guide you through the rest and make sure you feel at ease.
